Has anyone been able to get this issue resolved? My Executive status was downgraded to Emerald Club on 2/28/20. I went through the Chase Sapphire Reserve link and everything says Executive enrollment until the last page on National's website just goes to Emerald Club enrollment. It seems like a glitch in the system. I have a few rentals coming up in the next few weeks and was planning to use the Executive aisle like I have been for the last two years.
