Given IAG's strong cash position, it's likely that they'll be looking at opportunities to use the situation to their advantage. One way of doing that could actually be to accelerate the Club Suite rollout whilst there are spare frames. However I believe the rate at which they are able to take delivery of the seats is a constraining factor. If things do get really bad supply chain issues could force a slowdown.
