Given that post-refit the remaining 4 class aircraft will all be GE powered G-VII* birds that tend to operate routes well within the capability of the 787-10 due to their lack of crew rest I wouldn't write-off the possibility of more beyond the current order of 12.
And of course more A350 could potentially include A350-900s.
This is also very much possible. I'm just looking at it from the point of view of the 779 option numbers and also looking to maximise slot constraint LHR and capacity growth etc. but there can always be a 787 top up order and of course the 36 options for the 350 which cover both 900 and 1000. It will definitely be split between two or even three aircrafts like they've done for the 747.
