Now that it seems SQ no longer lets you preview the in-flight menu, perhaps crowd-sourced info would be able to find meaningful near-in-time trends. From what I've seen some in-flight meals blow Book the Cook out of the water, but you never know what you're going to get without the in-flight menu preview. From a personal standpoint, I'd want to know the in-flight menus on SQ 11 and 12 these days.
