Perhaps but not necessarily for all of them. All we know at the moment is that the first four are planned to be replaced by 779s, and that the six additional 'commitments' suggest there may be more.
Given that post-refit the remaining 4 class aircraft will all be GE powered G-VII* birds that tend to operate routes well within the capability of the 787-10 due to their lack of crew rest I wouldn't write-off the possibility of more beyond the current order of 12.
And of course more A350 could potentially include A350-900s.
