More than enough if everything is on-time. If OPO-LIS is late or is cancelled (which occasionally happens), then you'll be on the next flight to YYZ, hotel and meals courtesy of TP.
A few alternatives:
Book an earlier OPO-LIS and have a day trip in LIS
Book this trip and standby for an earlier OPO-LIS (TP should let you do that)
Take a train instead of flying OPO-LIS.

Chances are everything will work out, but I'm just laying all cards out on the table.
