Re the Avios promotion, I'm not sure quite which double Avios promotion you're referring to, but generally these are double the base Avios and therefore the class of travel doesn't impact the number of bonus Avios awarded by this promotion. Therefore, whether you're travelling / ticketed in CW or F, you would earn the same number of bonus Avios.

Re the TPs etc, as mentioned by c-w-s, you would earn the TPs based on CW which, as you say, would be a difference I am guessing of 140TPs between the two and could be material for you. I think this is a particularly harsh consequence in this instance.
