BOI is an Overland West franchised location. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with them - friendly staff, nicely-equipped cars (at least their SUVs). Overland West operates all the locations in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and parts of Utah, so you can search the forums for their other locations like BIL, BZN, JAC, etc. to get an idea.
