In case of separate tickets I would choose probably Kuala Lumpur. MH has 3 or 4 flights a day to DPS, the price is usually reasonable and it's close enough to be comfortable also in Y. On top of that, you can always find avios flights too.
Singapore isn't bad too, but no useful avios flights from there.
Direct flights to DPS from HKG are usually more expensive with a flight time of 5h, more or less.
