I stay there quite regularly, as other have pointed out its definitely not core CBD but there is a free tram right outside and if the weather is nice its a pleasant 20-30 minute walk to CBD depending on where you are going.

I have found them pretty good with upgrades, been given suites a few times. Breakfast is a full breakfast and its fine. Eggs to order, multinational dishes etc. Nothing special but solid.

I also find the bar to be a pleasant place to have a quick drink or two and they offer local and specialty beers if youre into that
