If you choose to go via KL take careful note of the plane type for the connection KUL-DPS. MH operates both a330s and 737s on this route. Of course both fine for a shortish flight but a330 much more fine

also note that MH seem to be the masters of the schedule change and for whatever reason DPS seems to get a lot of it- perhaps because of the frequency?
