Well, I had booked HAJ-HEL-CAN for this Friday. Both HAJ-HEL and HEL-CAN are cancelled, for different reasons.
My biggest issue is that Flugladen never contacted me (I trusted AY that it would be safe to rebook the ticket at a later date), but instead they just triggered the refund process today. And AY's headquarters said it's too late, they won't reinstate the ticket since the refund has been requested. Pretty ...... situation. I'll talk to Flugladen again tomorrow, as well as to an attorney if necessary.
Anyway, it's not possible to change that ticket +- 3 days, so I think it would be very fair to allow me to rebook that for September since it's not only affected by the Corona cancellations, but also by the HAJ cancellations...

And then I have another ticket HAJ-HEL-CAN for May. Which I would also like to rebook for later this year... But I guess rebooking my flight this Friday is a bit more urgent...
