Meh.

Doormen not opening doors - too busy chatting up each other/other workers I guess.

Perfunctory check in, no upgrade.

Room is OK but again, nothing special. Could see mop trails in the black tile, faint but clearly there.

No bear on the bed, no duck.

No answer on the phone line for the car valet for 5 minutes.

I'll try the WA next time possibly, but from what I've heard, similar attitudes exist there.
