Didn't Italian government pass a law some time ago stating that it is legal to leave the first segment of the tickets purchased/originating in Italy?
I remember that after this new law was introduced, many people bought promotional Lufthansa tickets from MXP to NYC and massively
called LH to drop the first segment from the itinerary.....
Am I correct or something changed since then? If it's still in power, then we'd be able to cancel the BLQ-HEL and keep the rest of the ticket...?
I am writing that cause it seems that every AY agent states different rules of the ticket change.
