Chances look good because they're expecting around 70% occupancy this month. As you can see from the wiki the rates from Water Villa to Deluxe Beach Villa are between $91++ and $150++, to DWV is $284++ to $538++ and if the GWV is w/o the pool then $395++ is already nearly $100++ over what's in the wiki. So yes, overall yours are on the high side. I'd email them and offer 50-60% of what they're asking and work from there. Offer to pay immediately if you have the time to fill out a CC authorization form and send it back. They'd probably be happy to get a guaranteed paid upgrade at this point however you might be out of luck with a GWV as it seems they could be nearly booked out (there are only 10 of them w/o pool, the others have a jacuzzi). Check online and see how many are available for the dates you are going and that will give you a better idea and possibly a better chance to bargain. As for a SWV becoming available, well.....I wouldn't hold my breath if there are none available now and you're only 2 weeks out.
