I'm looking to book the following routes and am curious why the following 3 fees are showing up on the Aeroplan site since I am not stopping in Singapore or India.

YYZ - CAI - DAR (MS)
DAR - ADD - KUL (ET)
KUL - IST - YYZ (TK)
