Not for class-of-service upgrades (generously considering Premium a class here), but for the "Refundable ticket or elite status" seats an MVP can bring along one (but only one) non-MVP guest. That includes exit rows on the 737s, so I'm happy.

The "but only one" part of that is fairly new; I found it in writing someplace on alaskaair.com, but it eludes me at the moment.
