AC Economy Basic No-Show
Does anyone have experience with requesting a confirmation from Air Canada that a passenger did not show-up to a flight?
I booked Economy Basic non-ref tickets for mid-Feb, but couldn't make it due a death in the family. I've filed a claim with my credit card travel insurance and they're requesting a confirmation that I either cancelled or didn't show-up to the flight(s). Since Economy Basic doesn't allow cancellations, I just didn't show-up to my flight. Does anyone know if Air Canada provides confirmation of no-shows?
