As a partial update … I tweeted [MENTION=368386]her[/MENTION]tz on Sunday and tried DMing them today asking about this. No response at all to either. I have flamed them on the surveys. (I clicked the link on the receipt email and got a separate email this morning inviting me to complete the survey)

I'm on my next trip this week (DEN -- no issues at UC) and if my irritation level doesn't drop by the time I get home I'm going to go the snail-mail to corporate route.
