After all, it is not uncommon for something that costs 10 GBP in the UK to cost 10 CAD in Canada and 10 USD in the United States...
Hehe - since I'm on hols in San Diego at the mo, the overvalued rate of sterling is a GOOD thing.....

Particularly after a visit to ER this morning, where a 10 min consultation with a doctor and a couple of tablets set my insurers back $246..... And that was after a 3hr wait!
I think £100 for oxygen seems reasonable for a "total cost of handling" - as I've frequently found out in dealing with pricing discussions at Megabank, pushing paper round a large organisation is pricey......
