I am about to book a flight and given seat fees ( other thread!) I try to book on AA as opposed to BA.

I just went onto their site and saw this in a banner at the top - paste below.

I assume this is any flight with an AA flight number - so given many BA fares are codeshare it would seem far better to book via AA than BA as you get 14 day in advance ability to cancel.
