That is one response. I would be interested in further responses to see other people's experiences.
On a wet lease, I thought that often, the flight attendants are those of the ticketed airline - ie AC ; rather than of the leasing airline - ie OMNI.
I would also be interested in how inflight service varies between AC and OMNI on the Hawaii flights vs the PHX flights.
Are the menus of the meals served in J class identical or different between AC and OMNI?
