Ahhh I thought so! Thanks.
Anyway, last time I was lucky, I had one London-Lima cash ticket with BA (cash) and then a separate Avios ticket with LATAM; missed the LATAM connection due to delayed BA flight and LATAM costumer services but me on next morning flight and got me free hotel (clearly an oversight!)
