We were able to get there as it opened, so like 7pm ish, I think some opened at 7:30pm. We were the first ones there. The place started to fill up within 20-30 minutes. When you make your reservation for the dinner places with your concierge, tell him to have a buggy ready like 15 minutes before the place opens so you arrive right there.
