I've noticed that every time I've made a flight change via the Concierge since the Res system changeover that the miles don't credit in Aeroplan and I have to manually go in and request credit. I've also noticed that the e-Ticket # issued by AMEX and showing on my receipt are different that what AC has for the same PNR, which makes no sense and also complicates things if you haven't saved your paper boarding pass with the e-ticket info on it.
