The Cabanas in Wing F are a nice place to nap, though there usually will be a wait for them so it's suggested you put your name once you arrive. (Although can't say if there's much people there nowadays) However you are only limited to 1.5 hours using the Cabanas, not sure if they strictly enforce this though.

The Bridge, Deck and Pier F hav been closed due service reduction and passenger numbers dropping, so you only have the Wing F & J, Pier J or Qantas to use.

For napping I would prefer Qantas as they are quite empty during the day with long sofa padded benches to sleep, or Pier J as they have a napping area with day beds, not totally flat, but still quite a quiet place to nap undisturbed, as there's no time limit there, though get a blanket from the shower reception before going, or prepare your own. Earplugs or your headphones can block out the noise from final call / delay annoucements, just make sure you set an alarm so you don't oversleep.
