I agree with Dave Noble...why should I be denied Gold, or whatever the top tier is, if I were to do 50 round trips annually on the very cheapest tickets ? The total revenue will still probably equal a 'regular' way of doing it....not only that, but I would consider myself a loyal, and more regular customer than a 'one off' flyer...
