The current configuration also shows 7 lavs. So the ratio of lavs to total pax is almost identical (297 pax in the new configuration vs 292 in the old one). And if you're in Y, one of the J lavs has been ripped out, so the lavs are probably more accessible to Y pax. Bottom line, doesn't seem any worse than the current configuration.
