The service was superb on my SFO/YYZ flight. The SD was someone who spoke directly to you while making eye contact. She was efficient and
you could sense that her team followed her lead. The fella working the "A" row of the J cabin was a clone of the SD in his effort . Very impressive crew ,all round.
