What else do you expect? AFAIK, AY and SB are both on Amadeus, so they share the same record locator. Also AFAIK, NZ is not on Amadeus, while CX is. Unless the NZ website is smart enough to be able to recognise the Amadeus record locator (you can try, and it would be great if it works), or else you have no other way but calling.
