I doubt it will be a problem if it's just a repeated surname but it's probably best not to draw excess attention to the matter. Otherwise there is a customer service desk at the end of the check-in area, furthest from the station entrance. Make sure the API data looks good if it is an API country such as Spain.
Very many thanks, it's not a repeated word unfortunately, so it sounds best that we go to customer service nice and early, hopefully it's an easy change for them to make. It's at times like this I'm glad I'm not flying Ryanair.....
