Unfortunately the 767s will stay in the fleet for another year. At this point he additional A330s are more for covering the grounded 7M8s than replacing the 767s.
However this doesn't necessarily mean YYZ-SFO will be kept operating with 767s. It's hard to predict what aircraft AC will put on this route. It has been anything from A320 to B773.
