API not showing up in reservation [First world problem of the day]

I have a really strange issue with one of my BA bookings.
Background; I booked at return trip for me and the family to the US, all of us are signed up to the same household account. All persons and Execeutive Club number were filled in as suggested by the BA website during the last part of the booking.
Travelers are:
GOTBound
Mrs. GOTBound
GOTBound Jr (Youth)
GOTBound Jr II (Child)

Issue; When the booking showed up under upcoming flights the Exec number for GOTBound Jr was missing and also his API's, his full name and age where there. All other passengers data where there incl. API's, with the exemption for address while in USA since this i TBD right now. Name and Exec number where added during the booking process so this is a bit strange, but turned out alright.
I added his Exec number and everything incl. API updated accordingly as expected.
But here's come the really strange thing, once his Exec number was added and all other data automagical, my API details was no longer available for this specific booking. My Exec number is in the booking and visible, just the API that suddenly went missing. To make this even more strange, I have 3 other bookings active with BA where I'll travel ny my self, and they all have my API automagical filled in.

As I said, this i a first world problem deluxe since I can easy enter my API but I'm just a bit puzzled over how this happened and why, I don't want any glitches once we're at the airport etc.
