110% agree with this statement....even though they do have their cheap "P-fares" which by itself is quite useless if not crediting back to M&M, compared to other major EU airlines (and even to LX and OS), LH is really at the bottom (I would say the Ryanair of J-service). For a flight of 1h45m with BA, service is excellent and you do get what you pay for even with their cheap J-fares. Sadly to see LH being LH, remains arrogant...
