Benefit for me is the hotel discounts while out of the country.
Don't sell yourself (or the BCAA card) short on the benefits. I discovered, much to my surprise, that it gets you some amazing discounts on more than just hotel rooms (which was the main/first reason I got it.)

It get's you 20% off at Park-N-Fly, and 30% off prescription eyewear and Lenscrafters. I got a discount of over $100 on my last pair. That's about 2 years worth of renewals. (First year is more expensive as you have to pay an initiation fee.)
