10-abreast 777s are unfortunately common these days, KLM refit their 777 fleet with the Recaro CL3710 in a 3-4-3 config sometime in 2017 I believe.
This is such a bummer. I understand that in the end, they want to generate more money. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable this must be for flight attendants to pass with carts in those tight spaces.
