It sounds as if you have a business, and you spend a fair amount on shipping.When you applied for Chase cards did you disclose accurate information about the business - it's legal name, and the way the business is legally structured (Corporation, LLC, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship)? Does the business have any other owners? Is the business revenue that you reported to Chase a large multiple of your shipping expenditure? Does your business distribute products that are legal in some jurisdictions, but not in others? Is the business your primary job, or a sideline?

Separately, did you ever have accounts at companies that are now owned by Chase, such as Washington Mutual?
