I think none of the restaurants have any affiliation to the JW or Douglas, so I would expect no points and not being able to charge to your room.
You can definitely charge to your room at Honey Salt and MRKT East. I have gotten points for these charges in the past by submitting my bill and saying I didn't receive the correct points, but they have definitely never posted automatically.
