A note for in terms of the best rooms. I stayed here in Jan 2020. I had a beach villa for 3 nights in the inner lagoon 200s. This was perfect for sunrise views. Wake up and walk out to the beach for the sunrise. Terra also has decent sunrise views as its higher.

For sunset views, overwater villas in the south 100s is the best. Walk out to the deck and look right, there's the sunset.
