Hi I have a few questions, apologies if these are a bit elementary or are stupid.

1) Does anyone know why up until like Oct 5, the lowest room rate is like ~$1100/night then from there until the mid of Dec the lowest room rate is ~$4000? I thought Oct was still before the high season and I thought mid of december would be the high season.
2) That $4,000 rate corresponds to a King overwater villa w/ pool- I thought this was bookable on points for 120K (and thus should not be considered a premium room)?
3) I see a lot of posts about best villas- how do you go about getting those villas? Just ask after you book?
