Per the comment by giorgio1712 and the similar info in the link I posted, I would suggest you call them to a) confirm the final due date and b) request a week extension.

I don't know if they will ask for a reason (and if their decision to extend is dependent upon that) but it seems common that people request extensions so the payment falls into the next billing cycle of their credit card.
