After holding if for year, my spouse and I closed our Biz gold rewards cards in Dec 2015. We did have to talk to someone regarding our “business" apps as we applied as sole proprietors. Since that event I have not applied for another amex biz card as it was rather straining on my life/wife.

Currently, we only have two personal amex cards with nothing closed since 2015. they are the HH Surpass opened in 2014 (second time upgrading from HH to surpass) and a regular HH opened 7 months ago.

Can one person sign up for two biz gold detla cards (and get both SUB) or did we just get the second HH card because the other was a surpass card?
Also, will having a previous relationship with a biz card make it easier to get another biz card?
