I'm happy being Platinum. In my experience, the hold times were just a few minutes, never reached an hour. And most are very competent. As for the upgrade percentage, it sould improve with DM but with FCM even being DMs aren't getting upgraded like they used to. Being able to SDC/SDS is very nice. But you only need to be GM for that. The RUCs are nice if you can apply them.
