Has anyone been reimbursed for a seat upgrade? I have the Ameriprise version of the card and will be canceled before I book my next set of flights. I have some flights booked already and ensuring I sit up front would be a nice way to use the $200.
Any time I have paid for a seat upgrade I have had to get it manually credited. Can call at 14 days past the purchase and I would just say it’s a seat assignment not an upgrade when talking to a CSR
