Hi ffay005! Reservations made through third party websites, travel agencies or sites non affiliated to Marriott are not eligible for earning Elite Night Credits or Points for the room. However, you can earn Points on qualifying incidental spend. If you send me a Private Message here on FT or an email to: [email protected] with your first/last name, Marriott Bonvoy number, the dates you stayed at the JW Marriott New Orleans, and a legible screenshot or copy of the folio, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
