For some reason I missed that if you change your refundable flight to a cheaper flight, it will refund the difference to your card. I assumed it would stay on your DL account similar to SW travel funds.

Is there any way to get around this? Trying to change a ~$300 flight purchased with Aspire/GC to a $150 flight and I’d rather not have the other $150 refunded and eventually clawed back.
