Unfortunately it's a complete no-go for that. There are various options relating to Original Routing Credit and so on, but ultimately no-fly = no-TierPoints. There is no way around this. Very occasionally there could be a computer error in your favour, this route isn't good for that. Personally it doesn't sound like a great idea for going to Madrid, but if you rest properly you will be fixed faster and can use your convalescence to find an alternative bargain.
