Yeah I agree. Pixel 3 owners were lucky in that Google offered unlimited cloud storage.until Feb 2022. This was gone for the Pixel 4 as I'm sure they saw how much storage people were using. I hardly even delete any photos bc I know it doesn't use any of my storage.
Prior to this, I consistently ran out of storage on my phone and I don't even travel every week. I was thinking of throwing out some of my old preexisting damage forms but I guess I'll keep them stored.
It is ridiculous that there doesn't seem to be a time limit for them to initiate a damage claim.

Reading the second page of this thread, I realize how much effort is going into protecting oneself from the car rental company itself. Of the three legs of business travel — air, hotel, and car rental — the last is the most historically egregious in terms of customer abuse. It seems like ride shares have hurt the rental industry. It definitely true in Vegas especially with the parking fees that almost all the strip casinos initiated.
I keep renting bc I get free parking at CET properties and the car often ends up being way cheaper for me than taking rideshares everywhere. Plus, PC gets me fun cars in LAS and rideshares aren't going to get me to Death Valley, Mohave etc.
