Very good review. On a Dec 2019 flight (LHR - FRA) in Biz class, I had no special meal (Kosher), and the two cabin crew, rather than telling me, simply omitted be from both the drinks and food run. I eventually asked them if they had something for me and I got some bread and butter. On a more recent journey LHR - FRA - ATH, I decided not to take any chances and so ordered a vegetarian meal for LHR - FRA, and an Asian vegetarian meal for FRA - ATH. I got the exact same dish for both flights!
