honestly? I get treated super well the vast majority of the time. Most of my routes are the new Polaris seats.
i earn a ton of miles which I use to travel with my family on a regular basis. When I’m in Y domestically my upgrade rate is very high. I’ve taken advantage of saver awards when traveling on a paid fare.
when .... hits the fan they are always proactive about getting it fixed for. Including putting me in J on a competitor at times.
so the answer to your question. Yes it’s worth it from my point of view.
but if I lose those perks it’s not worth it
